Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company

"Living a Mining Heritage"

Volunteer Program

CC&V rewards our employees who volunteer in the community with paid time off. Volunteers earn one hour of paid time off for each three hours spent volunteering. A wide range of groups and agencies benefit from CC&V’s volunteers, ranging from local fire departments to children’s sports programs. Our volunteers spend time helping the animal shelters and distributing food to those in need and similar opportunities throughout the community.

The CC&V volunteer program has a twofold purpose. The program encourages CC&V employees to make a contribution to the community by volunteering. In turn, the employee can earn up to 40 hours of additional paid time off each year. The Volunteers increase the visibility and goodwill for the company in the communities where we live and work.

Agencies, programs, and events-seeking volunteers are encouraged to contact CC&V for information on the volunteer program.
